Yes. MLS Ready Package accepts your staged photos and matching, unaltered originals. Choose Core Staging if you also need the images staged.
Does the certificate guarantee MLS acceptance?
No. It records package linkage, disclosure wording, and original-image access. You remain responsible for scene accuracy, the board's current rule, and any required MLS steps.
Will you put a label on every photo?
No. Treatment depends on the selected MLS. Some boards prohibit added text; others require their own watermark or a disclosure in a listing field. Check your board's guide before publishing.
What format is the certificate?
An HTML certificate and a SHA-256 manifest are included in the downloadable ZIP. The public verification page opens in a browser without an account.
How long does the public record stay available?
Verification URLs are permanent and never expire. The original remains accessible through the public record.
Is this legal advice?
No. Each rule guide cites the board's own rulebook and the date we last checked it. Confirm the current rule with your MLS or your broker before publishing.
