Help

Find the fastest SEAREI path for workflow, pricing, deliverables, compliance, security, and rollout questions.

Common questions before placing your first order.

Do I need a subscription to place an order?
No. Solo staging ($29/image) and MLS Ready ($15/image) require no subscription. You pay per order. Team plans are annual prepaid credit pools — those require a commitment but offer 14–41% off solo pricing.
What file formats can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or HEIC. Minimum 1500 × 1000 px. RAW files are not accepted.
Is the compliance pack included in every order?
Yes for every paid staging order ($29/image). MLS Ready ($15/image) is compliance-only — for agents who already have staged photos and just need the disclosure packaging.
Which MLS markets does SEAREI cover?
California (AB 723), Washington, NWMLS, and British Columbia. Each jurisdiction gets the specific disclosure wording its rules require — not a generic label.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 24 hours.
What if I don't like the staged result?
Every order includes one complimentary revision. Submit the revision request from your dashboard — the team reviews within 4 business hours. If the result doesn't meet your original brief, the revision is at no cost.

Start with the current product answer

Help points you to the live workflow, pricing, deliverables, security, and rollout pages instead of making you hunt through a generic support index.

Keep legal interpretation separate

Compliance pages explain workflow support and disclosure posture, but final rule interpretation still belongs to the governing channel and local counsel.

Escalate when the page is not enough

If the page answers most of the question but you still need a direct reply, use the demo/contact path or email support so SEAREI can pick the conversation up with the right context.

If you need to report an issue or ask a direct question after reviewing the relevant page, email support@searei.com.
