What is MLS Ready and who is it for?
MLS Ready ($49 per listing flat, unlimited photos) is for agents who already have staged photos and need them packaged with compliance labels, a public verification page, and a compliance certificate. It does not stage photos — it makes existing staged photos MLS-compliant.
What does solo self-serve cost?
Solo self-serve is $39 per image. There is no subscription, no package selection, and no feature gate. You create an account, upload photos, and pay when you submit a job. MLS Ready compliance is included at no extra charge.
How does brokerage pricing work?
Brokerage Subscription. $29 per agent per month, billed annually. 12-month minimum. First month free for CA brokerages with 20+ agents. Pre-2026Q3 org buyers continue on legacy annual prepaid credits ($17–$25/image, 150–1,000 images). New brokerage customers should subscribe.
When do org credits expire?
Org credits expire at the end of the annual term in which they were purchased. There is no rollover.
Is MLS Ready compliance included with full staging?
Yes. Every full staging order ($39/image) includes MLS Ready compliance packaging at no extra charge. You get the labeled export, verification page, compliance certificate, and QR code automatically.
Do packages change dashboard features or access?
No. Pricing changes who funds the work and at what rate. It does not limit dashboard features or create gated SaaS tiers.
