What photos do I need to upload?
You need two photos of the same property space: the original, unaltered photo (the "before") and the staged or edited version (the "after"). They should be shot from the same angle.
Does MLS Ready work with photos staged by someone else?
Yes. MLS Ready accepts any staged photo — it does not need to have been staged by SEAREI. You supply the original and the staged version, and SEAREI generates the compliance package.
How long does it take?
The compliance package is generated instantly after payment. Most users complete the process in under 5 minutes from upload to download.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required for your first MLS Ready purchase. An account is created automatically with your email address for package delivery. Returning users can log in to access past packages.
