Terms of Service
The service
SEAREI provides virtual staging and MLS compliance packaging services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are using SEAREI on behalf of a brokerage or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
What you are buying
Core Staging ($29/image): SEAREI stages your empty room photos using AI and designer review and delivers the staged images with a compliance package. MLS Ready ($15/image): SEAREI takes your existing staged photos and generates a compliance package — disclosure-labeled export, verification page, compliance certificate, and QR code. Team credits: Annual prepaid image credits for organization accounts. Credits expire at the end of the annual term with no rollover.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the photos you upload are photos you have the right to use. You are responsible for confirming that the compliance package generated by SEAREI satisfies the specific requirements of your MLS board, brokerage, and local regulations. SEAREI provides workflow tools — not legal advice. You must verify compliance requirements with your MLS, brokerage counsel, and local authorities before publishing any listing.
Refunds
MLS Ready orders are non-refundable once the compliance package has been generated and downloaded. Core Staging orders include one complimentary revision. If the delivered result does not meet the brief you submitted, contact support@searei.com within 7 days of delivery.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. SEAREI retains ownership of the staged images it produces until you download them, at which point ownership transfers to you. You grant SEAREI a license to process and store your photos for the purpose of delivering the service.
Limitation of liability
SEAREI is not liable for MLS board rejections, compliance violations, or listing outcomes. The compliance package is a workflow tool. Final determination of compliance is your responsibility and your broker's. SEAREI's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in King County, Washington.
