Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about SEAREI's virtual staging workflow, compliance packs, turnaround times, and pricing.
What is SEAREI?
SEAREI is a compliance-oriented virtual staging platform built for real-estate professionals. Every staged image ships with a timestamped compliance artifact — the disclosure record your MLS requires.
Which MLS boards accept SEAREI compliance packs?
SEAREI compliance packs are accepted by boards operating under California AB 723, the Washington MLS disclosure rules, NWMLS, and the British Columbia Real Estate Association guidelines.
What is a compliance pack?
A compliance pack is a tamper-evident ZIP containing: the original photo, the staged photo, a pixel-level diff, an EXIF metadata report, and a signed disclosure record. It proves the staged image was derived from the original room.
How long does staging take?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from the moment your order is paid.
How many revision rounds are included?
Every order includes one complimentary revision round. Additional revisions can be purchased à la carte.
What file formats do you accept for uploads?
We accept JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and HEIC originals. Minimum resolution is 1500 × 1000 px. RAW files are not accepted.
Can I upload my own staged image and just get the compliance pack?
Yes — that is the MLS Ready Package lane. Upload your original and your staged image; SEAREI validates the pair, generates the diff and disclosure documents, and delivers the compliance ZIP.
How is pricing structured?
Three plans: (1) MLS Ready — $49 per listing flat (unlimited photos). (2) Core Staging — $39 per photo. (3) Brokerage Subscription — $29 per agent per month, billed annually. Compliance is included on every plan.
Do you offer team or brokerage accounts?
Yes. Team plans support multiple members under one organization wallet. Brokerages can invite agents, set spending controls, and receive consolidated compliance reports.
Is my original photography stored securely?
Originals and staged images are stored in encrypted S3 buckets with access controls tied to your organization. Files are never shared with other customers or third parties.
What happens if I dispute the staged result?
Use the revision request form inside your dashboard. Our team reviews within 4 business hours. If the result does not meet the original brief, the revision is provided at no cost.
Can I white-label SEAREI for my brokerage?
White-label and API access are available on Enterprise plans. Contact support@searei.com for pricing and onboarding details.
What is the difference between 'Delivered' and 'Completed' job status?
Delivered means the staged images and compliance pack are ready for download. Completed means you have confirmed acceptance of the delivery. The compliance artifact is generated automatically at the Delivered stage.
How do I get started?
Create an account at app.searei.com, select a plan, and create your first listing. Upload your room photos and checkout — your order enters the staging queue immediately.
