I built SEAREI in late 2025 because a friend who runs a small California brokerage asked me what she was supposed to do about AB 723. She’d looked at three staging tools and one compliance vendor and was about to write a check for $1,400 a month plus per-listing fees on top. I ran the math, looked at the law, and built the version of this product that didn’t exist yet — staging and compliance in one delivery, $49 if you only need the compliance, $29/agent/month — $348/year, billed annually if you run the whole brokerage. We launched the brokerage subscription in May 2026. The product is live, the certificates are real, and the verify URLs you see across the site are not mock-ups — they’re listings that shipped.
